Our community, our future
Making a contribution to the communities we live and work in is something the team at Mentor1 holds close to our heart. Whether it’s coaching at the local soccer club, establishing a foundation or doing our bit for a world-wide charity, we like to put our time and our money into causes we believe are very important.
The Foundation raises money for research and to provide support for people living with Motor Neurone Disease.
It also supports the STaR Association with the provision of educational programs for children with disabilities. With the help of many great supporters, the Foundation has raised almost $1,000,000 in just six years.
The team at Mentor1 supports World Vision’s programs by sponsoring a number of underprivileged children.
World Vision works with poor communities at the grassroots level, empowering them with the right knowledge, skills and resources to work their way out of poverty.
The Cromehurst School helps unlock the potential in children who have intellectual and learning disabilities.
Located in Lindfield on the North Shore, the Cromehurst School caters to the needs of students from age 4 right up to year 12. The dedication of its hard working teachers and parents is best summed up with the shcool’s motto \\\\\\\\”Where students shine\\\\\\\\”.If you’d like to read more about this wonderful place, we urge you to visit its website. We are honoured to be a supporter of Cromehurst.
